James Van Praagh is an incredible guy. Gifted with mediumship since he was a child, he has been helping people for years through his books, workshops, and readings. His book Ghosts Among Us has many stories of his interactions with spirits, how ghosts work and why they exist, as well as information on energy. I definitely suggest this read.
